General Instructions
- Each school may send two teams for each event.
- Each team shall consist of two participants only.
- A student may participate in a maximum of two events.
- Participants must remain in their allotted rooms until the exhibition concludes.
- Lunch will be provided to all participants and escorting teachers.
- All participants must report at the venue by 8:00 a.m. along with their escorting teachers.
- Enrolment at the venue: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
- School uniforms are not permitted.
- Participants are encouraged to use eco-friendly materials. Use of thermocol and plastic is strictly prohibited.
- For PPT presentations:
- Preparation time: 45 minutes
- Presentation time: 5 minutes
- Participants must clearly explain the concept/principles of their exhibit along with its applications.
- Any requirement of electricity or water supply must be mentioned in advance on the registration form.
- Registration fee: Rs.400 per head, payable at the venue on the day of the Expo.
- Last date for registration: 31st October 2025.
NOTE :Registration fee should be paid on the day of the competition.
